The prohibition of the said transfer also includes, but is not limited to, encumbrance, pledge, assignment, usufruct, trading, mediation, mortgage and/or donation in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, individual or legal entity, foundation and/or association in any form or form.
  • Account Issues
    • If you forget your password or think someone knows the details of your personal data, moreover, if you suspect that another user is gaining an unfair advantage through fraud or collusion, you must inform us of this suspicion.
    • We reserve the right to declare any bet or transaction void in whole or in part if we, in our discretion, consider it evident that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

• the account holder or persons related to the account holder may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
• the Account Holder and/or persons related to the Account Holder directly or indirectly circumvent the rules of the Website;
• the outcome of the event or bet was directly or indirectly influenced by criminal activity;
• the odds of the event were significantly changed due to a public announcement about the event;
• bets were placed that would otherwise not have been accepted, but they were accepted during periods when the Website was affected by technical problems;
• Due to an error, such as a mistake, typo, technical fault, human error, force majeure or other reasons, bets were offered, placed and/or accepted due to this error.
  • • When we close or suspend an Account for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future Accounts that may be registered by the same person, device, address, or that may use the same payment wallets or credit cards, and void/cancel all bets and transactions on these Accounts.
    • We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as additional protection against unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and ensuring it is not accessible by another person.
  • By registering an Account on the Website, you undertake, declare and warrant that:
    • You are over 18 years of age or have reached the minimum legal age of your applicable jurisdiction and, in accordance with the laws applicable to you, you are permitted to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
    • You will use this Website and your Account solely for the purpose of your genuine participation in the Games, and not for any financial or other transactions; your participation in the Games will be solely in your personal non-professional capacity for entertainment and leisure reasons only.

    • All money you deposit into your account is not tainted by any illegal activity and, in particular, does not come from any illegal activity or source.
    • You understand that by participating in the Games you risk losing the money deposited into your Account.
    • You shall not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, contractual or other illegal activities in relation to your participation or third party participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games. ace-poker.org hereby reserves the right to void or close your Account or void your participation in the Game in the event of such behavior.
    • When depositing and withdrawing funds from your Account, you must use only credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully owned by you.
    • The computer software we provide you is owned by ace-poker.org or other third parties and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the software only for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with all the rules, terms and conditions set forth herein, and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
    • Games played on the Website should be conducted in the same manner as games played in any other environment. You should be polite to other players and representatives of ace-poker.org and avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chats.
• Multiple Accounts
  • You may register (create) and use only one Account on the Website.
  • Only one account is allowed per household, IP address and computer or device. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer or device, we must be informed in advance by the holders of the respective Accounts.
  • If you register or attempt to register more than one Account for any reason, we may block or close one or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all bets that have been placed on duplicate accounts, block bonuses and offers and void withdrawal requests. In addition, any refunds, winnings or bonuses that have been obtained or accrued during the lifecycle of the duplicate account will be voided.
• Payments
  • when the outcome of a Game you participate in becomes certain or, if applicable, ace-poker.org has confirmed the relevant outcome of the event and calculated the markets; all winnings will be available in your account.
  • If ace-poker.org erroneously credits winnings to your Account that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or for other reasons, the amount will remain the property of ace-poker.org and will be deducted from your Account. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before ace-poker.org becomes aware of the error, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available by law, the erroneously paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to ace-poker.org. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify ace-poker.org immediately.
  • ace-poker.org will conduct additional verification and identification procedures for any withdrawal, or reserves the right to conduct such verification procedures at any withdrawal level. All transactions will be reviewed to prevent money laundering.
• Deposit
  • To be able to place bets and play for real money, you need to deposit money into your account. You can make a deposit at any time online using a debit or credit card, e-wallet, via bank transfer or all available deposit methods. You can find all available deposit methods on the "Deposit" page on the Website. Cash or checks are not accepted for deposit. Please note that some methods may not be available in some countries.
  • We accept payments in various currencies. Any payment received by ace-poker.org in a currency other than the currency of your Account will be converted into the currency of your Account at the current exchange rate. Please note that any exchange premiums are paid by you.
  • ace-poker.org reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (KYC) when making deposits to the Account and to close the Account if you do not send these documents to ace-poker.org.
  • ace-poker.org does not provide any credits for the use of its services.
  • By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposits are authorized and you will not attempt to reject them or take any actions that result in the cancellation of such payment by a third party to avoid any legal liability.
  • For the purposes of preventing money laundering, the deposit must be played at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if there are rollover requirements, the rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal is requested.
  • ace-poker.org does not allow deposits from third parties (friend, relative, partner, wife or husband). All payments must be made from an account/system or credit card registered in the name of the account holder. If a third-party deposit is noticed, all winnings will be confiscated and returned to ace-poker.org, and the deposit will be refunded to the legitimate account/credit card holder. If bank transfers incur fees when returning the money to the legal owner, they will be paid by the recipient.
• Withdrawals
  • You must provide your KYC documents, photographs of the credit card (both sides, front and back. The card number must have the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card clearly legible, while the remaining digits of the card number and the CVV/CVC code should not be visible) and a bank statement, copy of identification document, proof of address, proof of ownership of any other payment method used when applying for a withdrawal for the first time. Additional requirements will apply depending on the payment channels.
  • ace-poker.org reserves the right to change the maximum allowed amount for each payment system per transaction at any time and without prior notice.
  • A withdrawal request will not be processed until all rollover requirements have been met.
  • It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as "Bonus", as well as funds stuck in an interrupted game.
  • ace-poker.org has the right to refuse a withdrawal if the total amount of bets is less than the amount of the last deposit. You must play the initial deposit at least once before you can withdraw funds.
  • All withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business days, but there are cases where these deadlines may be longer, depending on payment channels, additional account verification and public holidays.
  • The user may not withdraw funds above the balance of his Account.
  • Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or by other withdrawal methods available to you in the "Cashier" section. Withdrawals are made by the method used by the user to deposit funds into the Account balance.
  • When a withdrawal is cancelled, the funds are returned back to your Account, and you can use these funds in the Account accordingly. ace-poker.org assumes no responsibility for any funds lost during the game after the cancellation of a withdrawal by you or by us.
  • Please note that our products are consumed instantly during the game. Therefore we cannot guarantee any refunds, money back or cancellation of the requested service during the game. If you play a Game for real money, the money will be deducted from your account instantly.
  • You may withdraw a maximum amount of 10,000 EUR (or the equivalent in your account currency) during any 24-hour period and a maximum amount of 50,000 EUR (or the equivalent in your account currency) within 30 days, unless we have agreed on a larger amount.
  • Before making a decision on a withdrawal, we may ask you to provide identification, such as certified copies of passports, identity cards or other similar documentation that we deem necessary under the circumstances. We may also conduct verification by phone, in person or any other similar verification necessary to ensure that you are who you claim to be.
  • You may only have one pending withdrawal (i.e. requested but not processed) per payment method at any time. In addition, depending on the method used, you may only make one withdrawal request within 24 hours.
  • If you win more than 50,000 EUR (or the equivalent in your account currency), ace-poker.org reserves the right to split the payment into monthly installments not exceeding 50,000 EUR (or the equivalent in your account currency) until the full amount is paid. All progressive jackpot winnings will be paid in full.
  • The maximum amount of daily winnings for a single Customer may not exceed 100,000 EUR or the equivalent in your account currency. "Day" means the time between 00:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT.
• Account Closure
  • You may close your Account at any time and request a withdrawal from the Account subject to deduction of the applicable withdrawal fees. To close your Account, you must first cancel all open bets, if applicable, and contact the Website's customer support. The actual closure of the Account will be subject to termination by ace-poker.org. In case the reason for closing the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you must inform ace-poker.org.
  • The method of repayment will be at our discretion.
  • ace-poker.org reserves the right to close your Account and refund you the "Available for Withdrawal" balance, less applicable withdrawal fees, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to indicate a reason or prior notice.
  • ace-poker.org reserves the right to cancel and remove any bonus amount awarded to you if it has not been used within 1 month from the date of award.
  • ace-poker.org reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request in case of fraud, in which case the account activity will be suspended and the payment will not be processed
  • ace-poker.org will review all player accounts and classify them at its discretion. Once a player is classified as a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser", all winnings and bonuses will be voided, and the account activity will be suspended and the payment will not be processed.
• Personal Information

• Malfunctions and Interrupted Games
  • Criminal Activity

In the event that any violation (including suspicion of attempted money laundering or fraud) is noticed, ace-poker.org reserves the right to close the Accounts and/or report criminal or other suspicious activities carried out through one or more Accounts to the relevant existing regulatory or law enforcement authorities. The balances of all violators' accounts will be blocked, withdrawals will be voided, deposits and winnings will be confiscated.

• • Collusion and Fraud

ace-poker.org has the right to disable users' Accounts and confiscate their Account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they are noticed in obtaining, or attempting to obtain, advantage from information of their cards or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage. These advantages may include folding and transferring chips, discussing one hand during the game, multiple use of one account, soft play. ace-poker.org ensures thorough review of gameplay through both manual and automated ways and investigates all related user complaints. In addition, ace-poker.org ensures proactive and random study of gameplay and accounts.

• • Fraudulent Activity

Once ace-poker.org notices fraudulent, illegal, dishonest or improper activity (including the use of VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or placing bets, wagers or playing poker through a third party or on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we have the right to block the user's Account with confiscation of all balances on the Account without prior notice. In such cases, ace-poker.org reserves the right to report fraudulent activities to existing regulatory and law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to, banks, credit card issuing companies and/or any individual or legal entity having a legal right to such information, and/or take legal action against such user.

• Chat
  • As part of your use of the Website, ace-poker.org may provide you with chat functionality, which is moderated by us and subject to control. We reserve the right to review the chat and keep a record of all statements made in such facility. You must use the chat for entertainment and socialization purposes and are subject to the following rules.
  • You shall not make any statements which are sexually explicit or grossly abusive, including expressions of intolerance, racism, hatred or profane language.
  • You shall not make statements that are offensive, defamatory, harassing or abusive towards the Website or ace-poker.org.
  • You shall not make statements that advertise, promote or otherwise pertain to any other online organizations.

  • You shall not collude through chats or private chats. Any suspicious chats will be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
  • In the event that you violate any of the above provisions regarding chat, ace-poker.org has the right to remove the chat or immediately terminate your Account. After such termination, ace-poker.org will refund you any funds that may be in your Account in addition to any amount that may be due to us at that time (if any).
• Malfunctions and Interrupted Games
  • ace-poker.org is not responsible for any downtime, server failures, delays or any technical or policy interruptions of gameplay. Refunds may be provided solely at the discretion of ace-poker.org.
  • ace-poker.org is not responsible for any damages or losses alleged to have arisen from or in connection with the Website or its content, including but not limited to, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, failure of communication or lines, misuse of the Website or its content by any person or any errors or omissions in the content.
  • In case of a casino system failure, all bets are voided.
  • In the event that a Game has started but is interrupted due to a system failure, ace-poker.org must refund you the amount staked in the Game by crediting it to your Account or, if the Account no longer exists, paying it to you in an approved manner; and if you have accrued credit at the time of interruption of the Game, credit the monetary value of the credit to your Account or, if the Account no longer exists, pay it to you in an approved manner.
• Obligations

  • ace-poker.org has the right to inform users about ongoing promotions or any updates via email, SMS, chat, Whatsapp, social media, mobile phone, internet browser or mobile app.
  • ace-poker.org assumes no responsibility for inaccurate information caused by the Website, user equipment used in the promotion, or human or technical errors related to the applications.
  • Bonuses and Bonus Money
    • ace-poker.org regularly offers you various bonuses and rewards that are credited to your account. A bonus in ace-poker.org may mean free spins, cashback, free bet, extra money to play directly and extra money you receive after making a deposit. The bonus is usually followed by rollover requirements that must be met for withdrawals. In these cases, we recommend that you review the bonus rules before using.
    •  Bonus Rules
      • The bonus is credited to the bonus balance.
      • When the bonus rollover requirements are met, the bonus amount is transferred to the main balance and can be withdrawn at any time.
      • In case of abuse of bonuses by the user, ace-poker.org has the right to apply punitive measures against him, namely: to remove, reject all current bonuses and bonus winnings; to immediately block the user's Account. In this case, ace-poker.org relieves itself of any liability for withdrawing or compensating funds that were in the Account before its blocking.
      • Any combination of external bets on the spread in roulette games covering 24 or more (64%) of the 37 unique numerical places on the table. For example, a bet on red and black covers 36 out of 37 possible outcomes - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.
      • Using bonuses to play games with accumulated advantages during gameplay (e.g. free spin counters or other game features unlocked after some gameplay) and returning to the game after zeroing the rollover requirements to launch or unlock the feature and obtain the accumulated advantages or related winnings - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.
      • Funds won using bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all bonuses have been played
      • Malfunction voids all payments and games. ace-poker.org has the right to withdraw any winnings caused by a malfunction, up to the last deposits.
      • To receive a bonus, users must read and familiarize themselves with any applicable bonus policy and follow its terms.
      • All bonuses have an expiration date. The standard validity period of bonus money is 30 days. The expiration date may differ for specific bonuses. In such cases, the expiration date will be indicated in the rules and conditions of the respective bonus. Wagering requirements must be met by the expiration date. We may cancel or write off the bonus credit from the player's Account after its expiration.
      • The standard wagering requirement for casino bonus money is 30 times the amount of the bonus received, and for bookmakers is 15 times the amount of the bonus received. This may differ for specific promotions provided it is indicated in the relevant terms and conditions.
      • Bonus wagering requirements mean the total amount of bets you must make before the bonus and any accumulated winnings are transferred to your cash balance and can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements of each bonus are outlined in the specific bonus terms and will be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus amount plus the deposit amount.   • Wagering Requirements
    • After receiving a bonus, it is transferred to the bonus balance until the wagering requirements are met.

• Sports Betting Rules

  • The outcome of the market is calculated after it is determined. ace-poker.org reserves the right to calculate the results of the game in case the market was not determined earlier in the game. This rule applies during the normal duration of the completed match and in the case that no conditions are stated in the description of the market on the Website. Cards shown after the final, not yet considered. Cards of a player who was not involved in the play (players already substituted, coaches, bench players who did not participate in the game) will not be considered. Card Markets with Points Generally, a player cannot score more than 35 points during a game. A yellow card is worth 10 points, a red 25 points, and a second yellow-red 25. The second yellow card for a player that results in a red card is not counted. Corners Corners are counted for the relevant market calculation only if they have been taken. If a corner is awarded but not taken, it will not be counted. Intervals The period from 00:01 until the end of the minute designated as the end minute is stated as the first interval.
